Performance Training

One on one hour appointment to discuss your goals, determine your baseline, and make a personalized training program for you.

Having a Doctor of Physical Therapy as your guide is beneficial to work on your training needs.

Training programs are based off 4 week periods. You will receive weekly email check ins, videos and pictures for your exercises. Your trainer will also be available via email for any questions or concerns you have with your program.

Training programs include:

  • Strength Programming

  • Stability Training

  • Cardiovascular with use of heart rate zones

  • Goal setting guidelines

Strength Program

Your strength program will be based on your comprehensive performance assessment to work on your weaker areas as well as to perform for the goal at hard.

Heart Rate Zone training

If you aren’t training in certain heart rate zones you will not get the improvements you need. Zoe will educate you on heart rate zones, why they are important and set your goal zones for your workouts.

Constant communication and feedback.
