Your strength program will be based on your comprehensive performance assessment to work on your weaker areas as well as to perform for the goal at hard.
Heart Rate Zone training
If you aren’t training in certain heart rate zones you will not get the improvements you need. Zoe will educate you on heart rate zones, why they are important and set your goal zones for your workouts.
Constant communication and feedback.
It is all about you and your goals. We will continue to guide you throughout your training and make adjustments as needed. Have a question mid workout? Email Zoe and you will get back to you shortly.
